Staywell Manor:

Staywell Manor exemplifies “the community with heart”. This shows in the fresh hot meals provided 3 times a day to an array of recreation opportunities and outings to personalized care for each resident that calls Staywell home. Each suite is large and spacious with exceptional housekeepers that go the extra mile for each resident and on site maintenance to maintain a pristine building. It’s not just a place to call home but a community that includes all members from management, family/friends, staff and of course our favourite 4 legged friends.

Such a lovely place to reside. Staff are so helpful and accommodating. I’m impressed with the upkeep the Manor is not new but shows very little wear. Suites are efficient and have space for living. Management are so easy to contact, as well as RN, PCA, LPN.

I was very happy with my Dad's 10 day respite stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly, sweet and helpful and dad felt comfortable there. The suite was great; very big and spacious- set up with beautiful furniture and nice big windows with lots of natural light! The care was fantastic; everyone was very sweet and they checked on him often, helping with everything he needed. Everything exceeded my expectations and I was happy on my holidays knowing he was in good hands. A huge thank you to everyone there for helping to make his stay great; Dad kept saying how wonderful all the ladies were that helped him out every day!

My Mom (Elizabeth W) has been a resident at Staywell Manor for over five years and we have always been happy with the quality of care. Since Covid, our appreciation has grown. Staywell has been fast and comprehensive on doing whatever it can to limit the virus from taking hold. We are constantly getting updates and can call directly for more information if needed. I get a daily phone call from the Nurses on Mom’s floor with the latest on how she’s doing. From our perspective, we are relieved she’s in such a great residence. Mom also loves it, which is the best thing of all.

After bilateral knee replacement, I convalesced at Staywell Manor Village for a couple of weeks. The care I received at Staywell was excellent. I appreciated it when I was staying at Staywell, and I was even more thankful for it when I went home. The suite was roomy and very comfortable, the food was incredible, and when I needed help, it appeared with the push of a button. When I reacted to my medication, I got advice from an RN (Joseph) and an LPN (Sanu) right away, and I was able to see your in-house doc (Dr. Arcega) the next day. Amazing!

I don’t think we could have picked a better spot for my 95 year old father to transition from his home where he lived independently. He participated in many activities at StayWell enjoying the company of his fellow residents and remained active until his final day at age 98. We could not have asked for more caring and supportive staff members during the best and tragic of times. We have recommended StayWell Manor to several families.

This residence is really beautiful and well maintained. The staff is genuinely happy and cares about the residents. They organize activities for special occasions and have special outings for the residents. There is a salon within the residence and a spa. There is not a lot of turnover in the staff - it's evident that they enjoy their jobs and the residents enjoy the happy staff! At Halloween, the kids from the neighborhood are welcomed into the large entrance and are entertained by the residents also dressed up!
