The staff at The Manor Village in London go above and beyond to deliver love and care, not only to the residents, but to their families. Our Mom had the very best care there that we could have ever hoped for. It is obvious that the staff are supported and treated well and that they like their vocations by their attitudes and attention to little details that make a huge difference. Residents are celebrated and encouraged to join in to lots of fun activities. It’s also very new, exceptionally clean, and bright with lots of windows. The suites are quiet and peaceful, and the meals are excellent. We would choose Manor Village again in a heartbeat!

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to each and every member of the amazing staff of 3 West. Every last one of you shows a level of kindness and compassion that we didn't think possible. You took the time to truly talk with our dad, to reassure him, and to let him know when we were visiting so he always felt informed and supported. He was treated with dignity, patience, respect, and genuine warmth at every turn. The care you provided meant more to our family than words can express; you managed both the work and the worry when it was too much to bear. You are the kind of people the world would be lost without. We can never repay all your kindness; just know that you truly walk in the light. Thank you.

My mom has been at the Manor Village for many years, and it's been a fabulous experience all around. Shout-out to the staff on 3 West for their superb care. Mom is always very happy with the meals, and everyone is great at supporting her, even when her memory is spotty...

Both of my parents are living very happily at the Manor Village. The Staff, EVERYONE (from Maintenance, Front Office and especially the Nursing Staff) are amazing and so very helpful with whatever they need. We couldn't be happier as a family to have them looked after by loving people. Thank you to all of the Staff!!

Wonderful caring staff. Cannot say enough about the care provided to residents from receptionist, to nursing and PSW’s, recreation, housekeeping and kitchen staff to all management. Thank you for all you do!

Dad was placed in the Manor Village Transitional Care Unit in May 2023 and happily stayed until he was moved to a permanent long term care placement in February 2024. As a family, we visited regularly and got to know the staff and Manor Village building well. It was comforting to know that dad was so well cared for during his stay and we feel fortunate that he stayed at Manor Village for 8 months. He thrived here. Thank you for the frequent stimulating activities led by Gabby, Jess and Carson. He loved the live musical performances and Friday Bingo and other social activities. The first thing Dad would brag about when we arrived were his physiotherapy sessions with Michael. Dad was always motivated to succeed thanks to Michael’s positive and skilled coaching. The staff at Manor Village are a caring group. From check-in at the front desk to the bistro staff to the cleaning staff, everyone is friendly. The nursing and PSWs were responsive to any of our questions or concerns. We are grateful! The Leuverink Family
