These professionals visit the 3rd and 4th floors to lead a variety of fitness based programs including Sit N Fit Class, Stretch Class, Balance & Flexibility Class, Chair Yoga and more.
For Our Hearts Memory Care Residents, we offer additional, tailor-made activities such as music therapy to stimulate memories, feelings, and sensations. This has been found to be particularly beneficial for older adults with various types of dementia. There is also a regular indoor fitness program plus daily opportunities (weather permitting) for outdoor fitness opportunities such as gardening, walks in local parks and exercise classes!
