It was our plan to have Carol be a long-term resident, but circumstances kept working against us, limiting her stay to only 29 days. What gave me solace, was knowing that Carol was well cared for, both before and especially during her final days. The entire team rose to the occasion, ensuring that Carol was comfortable, and that I was informed. In my opinion, you’re all super-stars.

I would like to recognize Abi because when I first came to the Manor, Abi was very helpful and was always there to help me out. My husband was sick and I didn’t know the protocol to order food for us. Every time he saw me, he came over and helped me with my order. He is such a pleasure to have around, and he is always polite and nice when I see him, a real gentleman.

I would like to recognize Isabell, Server etc., because she seems to have many different jobs since I have been here and does each very well. Always pleasant with a smile and nice when we ask her for something extra. If means a lot to we old folks to have kind & happy people caring & serving us. We all like her very much!!
