Our 'StayWell TM' services are designed to help meet the changing health and wellness needs of our Residents, optimizing their well-being and enhancing their enjoyment or life. Through out Healthcare Specialists, the Wellness Center provides our unique 'StayWell TM' program for all Residents to enjoy. The program offers supportive services that encourage our Residents to 'StayWell TM' and enjoy a "Wellness Model" versus an "Illness Model".

HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES INCLUDE

• Emergency Call and Response System 24 Hours per day
• 24 Hour On-Site Staff including an Evening Building Attendant
• Manor Staff are all CPR and First Aid certified
• A Health and Wellness Planning Session prior to occupancy and intervals thereafter
• Access to visiting in-house Physician
• Visiting on-site Pharmacist for filling prescriptions and consultation
• Vial of Life program provided for Resident use
• Regular Wellness Clinics such as:
  • Blood Pressure Clinics
  • Flu Shot Clinics
  • Guest Speakers on a variety of 'StayWell TM' topics

Aditionally, The Manor Village offers supportive living with the option of private wellness assistance through 'StayWell TM' Private Care Services.

As 'StayWell TM' Private Care, we are dedicated to providing personalized Health & Wellness services for our valued Clients. We provide supportive services with kindness, care and dignity in the safety, security and comfort of your own home. Our Director of Wellness or Wellness Coordinator create a personalized Wellness Plan for each client to assist with your health and wellness needs.

Our professionally trained and experienced Health and Wellness staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to our valued Clients. We pride ourselves in providing 'Care with Heart'.
